Meta has released Muse Spark Open, a large open-weights multimodal model. It is a mixture-of-experts with about 816B parameters, 42B active per token, and a one-million-token context window. It mainly targets coding and agents. The weights are published on Meta's official Hugging Face account, including an NVFP4 quantised build.
