Introducing Flint

Start-up Recursive has released Flint, an open-source (Apache 2.0) coding model built to run coding agents locally. It is a 40B-parameter mixture-of-experts with about 2.5B active per token. Recursive says it exceeds 125 tokens per second on an M4 Pro MacBook Pro and leads MoE models under 50B parameters on SWE-Bench Pro v2 and Terminal-Bench 2.1.
