Kimi apologises for K3.1 Pro rate limits and resets subscriber usage

Moonshot AI acknowledges rate limits and excessive quota consumption on the Kimi K3.1 Pro subscription plan. To make up for it, every subscriber on every plan gets a one-time reset of 25% of their monthly quota (about one week of use; usage under 25% goes back to zero). Kimi also says it has adjusted the plan's settings and cut unnecessary sub-agent calls and output length so the quota lasts longer.
